Adult Edition
Each year a new illustrated prayer guide booklet is published in a number of languages and locations around the world. The booklet contains daily readings that focus on various topics, people groups and geographical areas of the Islamic world; each day's subject focus is followed by prayer points. It also features informative background articles and resources for further study and involvement.

  • The 30 Days Muslim Prayer Focus coincides yearly with Ramadan (a holy month of fasting in Islam).

  • This prayer movement is currently coordinated out of France (previously from Australia), and has been operating since 1993.

  • It calls upon Christians to make a concerted but respectful effort during that month each year to learn about, pray for and reach out to Muslim neighbors—across the street and around the world.

As Christians we resist the temptation to be caught up in generalizations, anger, hate or fear toward anyone. In the climate following the 9/11 tragedy, here is a proven tool to direct our focus more prayerfully, Christ-like and constructively.

  • It is not our intention with this prayer focus to disparage Islam or Muslim sentiments in any way. We recognize that humans and the Muslim world are far too complex to simply or easily condense or explain with a mere booklet.

  • At the same time, as Christians, we long for all the world's people to have an opportunity to understand the grace of God incarnated in Jesus Christ.

  • To this end we inform ourselves, pray for, and support respectful opportunities to make that grace also known among Muslims.

HOW to Mobilize YOUR church, ministry, school, donors, friends, neighbors:

  • Order additional booklets (bulk-discounts start at 10 copies) to hand out or to sell.
  • Request additional copies of the flyer/orderform to give or mail to others--or produce your own flyer.
  • Post the backside of the flyer/orderform (designed as a poster) on bulletin boards, in churches.
  • Copy and paste the image(s) and text from this website to send an email to others.
  • Let your Facebook friends know.
  • Add a link on your website.
  • Request a high-res image to use in your printed materials.
  • Organize a meeting one or two weeks before Ramadan starts to talk about it and show the short DVD: World of Islam
